About

Ashley Griffith joined the Law Offices of Eugene Mogilevsky, LLC in October of 2019. Ashley brings a broad depth of experience and knowledge to the firm. She is the case manager and is responsible for managing all firm files and overseeing the preparation of all firm documents (apart from immigration law.)

She has vast experience in dealing with government offices, companies, drafting notices and pleadings, preparing applications and assessments, preparing child support worksheets, gathering and analyzing financial evidence and ensuring attorneys are fully prepared for trial. Ashley takes pride in her excellent customer service and taking a personal interest in all clients she works with.

Ashley is very passionate as the case manager and has successfully been managing over 100 cases at any given time. Apart from helping clients and attorneys, Ashley is also responsible for training new legal assistants and paralegals. She is caring, understanding and compassionate of all the situations that arise in family law and divorce cases.

Before finding her love for the law and helping clients navigate some of the most stressful times in their lives, she helped manage a family-owned business for 12 years while also being a stay-at-home mom.

Ashley resides in Indianapolis with her husband Jesse, and their two lovely kids. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cooking up new recipes.
