Evgeny "Eugene" Mogilevsky

Evgeny “Eugene” Mogilevsky received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 2006. He graduated from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science. He is currently admitted to practice before Indiana State courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is also admitted to practice before Illinois and New York courts.
He worked for Bankruptcy Law Office of Mark S. Zuckerberg, P.C. in 2008-2012 proudly serving thousands of consumers needing debt relief. He worked for Doyle Legal Corporation, P.C. in 2012-2014 representing major clients in mortgage foreclosure actions.
He has been a faculty member and a lecturer in the Basics of Individual Bankruptcy (2010) and Annual Bankruptcy Institute (2011) seminars.
He practices primarily in the areas of consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13), divorce and family law, mortgage foreclosure defense, immigration, wills, powers of attorney, and general litigation.
As a former immigrant from Moldova, he had to learn the immigration rules and laws before he even started college, and is compassionate about helping other individuals and families get legalized in the United States of America. He is bilingual (English and Russian languages) and enjoys script writing for comedy clubs.
