Francisco “Frank” Perez joined the Law Offices of Eugene Mogilevsky, LLC in August of 2024. Graduated from Venezuela Central University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Veterinary Medicine. He is a dedicated professional with management experience in different fields and passion for customer service.

Immigrant from Venezuela that also lived in Spain, Frank’s brings a unique perspective and a strong enthusiasm for helping others. His background helped him learn firsthand the model of the immigration system. He is empathetic, dedicated and resourceful.

As a Legal Assistant, Frank supports the law firm with research and preparation in Family law and Immigration cases, including drafting notices and pleadings, gathering and analyzing evidence, and helping attorneys and clients as an expert Spanish-English liaison for the firm.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and spending time with his family.
