Khawaja M. Saad
About
Khawaja provides efficient and effective counsel to clients on their civil litigation cases. He focuses on civil litigation, including business and corporate law, real estate, auto dealer law, reviewing contracts, wills, trusts and POAs, and is a one stop legal shop for a variety of different businesses. Originally from Pakistan, he has a deep understanding and empathy for clients of different countries and cultures. He tackles client’s legal issues with skill, finesse and understanding, promoting client advocacy. Khawaja speaks 4 different languages including English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu – making him our most versatile attorney.
Khawaja Saad received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 2022. He received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of London in 2016 and additionally received his Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from the Indiana University School of Law in 2018.
His professional experience is comprised of working as a law clerk for IU Health, the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, the Marion County Public Defender Agency, during his university years prior to obtaining his Juris Doctorate. He has further enriched his knowledge by working as a corporate associate for a law firm out of Prague, working as a law clerk for Steven H David, a former Indiana Supreme Court Justice, and acting as counsel for a startup in Estonia.
Khawaja was the Vice President of the Asian Law Students Association at IU McKinney School of Law, an Associate Editor of the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review, and received the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence for his pro bono work in 2022. Khawaja is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and squash, traveling the world and exploring new restaurants with his wife.
