Lyndon J. Small
About
Lyndon Small joined the Law Offices of Eugene Mogilevsky, LLC in June of 2018. Previously, he practiced real estate law, representing individual investors and real estate investment companies in a variety of business and real estate matters. While he handles a broad range of cases involving general civil litigation, Lyndon concentrates his practice on family law and matters involving business and real estate law. The majority of his practice consists of litigation.
Lyndon graduated from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 2016. At IU, Lyndon served in the Indiana University School of Law Civil Practice Clinic and worked as a Legal Intern at Indiana Legal Services, Inc. He is admitted to practice before Indiana State courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Lyndon resides in Noblesville, Indiana with his wife, Katie and their son, Lincoln. Lyndon and his family attend Grace Community Church. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, watching Indianapolis Colts football, and spending time with his family.
